Currently, we are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst and Functional Business Analyst to work on a significant project at the Sydney location.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Prepare in-depth cause and effect analyses risks
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define business concepts and understand data requirements
Support the day-to-day needs by providing data analysis, project deliverables, risk management and operational needs to achieve strategic objectives
Experienced in running requirement workshops, brainstorming, discovery and training sessions
Ability to plan and monitor the requirement elicitation, analysis and documentation process
Promote the best practice use of Agile techniques
Skills and Experience:
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence is required
Experience with a guidewire, workers’ compensation or salesforce is desirable
Experience working in azure, Microsoft 365 is advantageous
Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills required
